DSB Secondary - Maths teacher
The successful candidate must have in-school experience of teaching maths at IBDP and be familiar with the new curricula. A higher decree in maths and teaching certificate are preferred. The candidate must show an understanding of the philosophy of international education as outlined in the IB Learner Profile, and the application letter should indicate an understanding of the DSB School Ethos and how this will be reflected in the practice as a teacher.

Duties: Communicating by email and over the phone with parents of prospective students, scanning documents, managing admissions files and updating the admissions database, creating reports using admissions data, creating a daily bulletin for school staff, filling in for the receptionist as needed, attending to parents/students/visitors and their requests as needed, negotiating and coordinating with travel agents
Duties: Answering the phone, attending to parents/students/visitors as needed, managing attendance records, updating student information on database, generating letters for, and sending communications to parents, ordering books, collecting monies from students and parents, managing stationery and supplies, selling merchandise and monitoring stock levels, scheduling appointments for school management, coordinating with marketing team about materials, negotiating and coordinating with travel agents
